Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their unique needs.
  • Present and promote Career.zycto's recruitment solutions to prospective clients effectively and persuasively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and clients using CRM software.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (even entry-level sales experience is valued).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
