Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Services Representative to join our vibrant resort team in Surrey. As the first point of contact for our cherished guests, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, manage efficient check-in and check-out processes, and process payments accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of resort policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist with reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests as needed.
  • Manage guest feedback, logging comments and complaints, and escalating complex issues to management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness at the front desk area.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding guest service with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed approach under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a resort or luxury hotel environment.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local Surrey attractions and points of interest.
