Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces in classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the day.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness of school grounds, including playgrounds and immediate exterior areas, by sweeping pathways and picking up litter.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stored safely and replenished as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and school policies.
- Assist with setting up and clearing down for school events or activities as required.
