Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours around specified areas of Canton and wider Cardiff, including historical sites, cultural landmarks, and local attractions.
- Share accurate and captivating narratives about Cardiff's history, culture, architecture, and contemporary life.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
