Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards and identify any defects.
- Load and unload materials onto the production line, ensuring a continuous flow of production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the setup, adjustment, and minor troubleshooting of machinery as required.
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, waste, and downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions diligently to ensure consistency and quality.
- Participate in regular team meetings and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to operate production machinery and tools efficiently.
