Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and backdrops for video shoots.
- Organize and maintain studio cleanliness, inventory of equipment, and supplies.
- Support producers and videographers during shoots by managing scripts, teleprompters, props, and ensuring continuity.
- Handle data management, including transferring, organizing, and backing up raw footage and project files.
- Perform basic video editing tasks, such as trimming clips, syncing audio, and adding graphics, under supervision.
- Assist with content research, script preparation, and ideation for upcoming YouTube videos.
- Monitor YouTube comments and engagement, assisting with community management under guidance.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, coordinating talent/guests, and managing studio calendars.
- Learn and apply best practices for YouTube SEO, metadata, and audience engagement.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with studio equipment and software when necessary.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated passion for YouTube, video content, and digital media.
- Basic understanding of video production workflows and equipment (cameras, lighting, audio).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or enrollment in media studies, film production, digital marketing, or a related field.
