Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently using a POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and make informed recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment throughout shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating a POS system.
