Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using leading Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, and Finance to gather requirements and understand business objectives for data visualization projects.
- Translate complex data sets and analytical findings into clear, concise, and engaging visual stories that provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all visualizations by working closely with data engineering and analytics teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for data visualization, dashboard design, user experience (UX), and information architecture.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide comprehensive documentation for newly developed dashboards and reports to foster data literacy.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong understanding of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated experience in dashboard design, UI/UX principles, and effective data storytelling.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and ad-hoc analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a data visualization, business intelligence, or data analytics role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Experience within the telecommunications industry or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Certifications in specific BI tools (e.g., Tableau Certified Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
